Privacy Policy

We value the users of our web site (the “Site”) and their access to the services offered on it (the "Services"), and we know their privacy is important to them. This privacy policy sets out how the website, blog and mailing list uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.


HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risks and to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Correspondence contact details on Clickpic
Our website is hosted by Clik.com Websites Ltd. The personal information we gather from you as a customer is limited to those things that we need to communicate with you about your enquiry / order, fulfil an order, to complete the financial transaction, if there is one, and to send your purchase to you. When using the contact form your contact details are stored securely in our website system Clickpic and forwarded to bethany@milamarts.org. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.

Making comments on Clickpic and blogger
Details entered in the websites comments forms will be moderated. Names etc. will be shown on the website.

Mailing list by Mailchimp
Our mailing list is held with Mailchimp. You are only added to our mailing list if you have chosen to be on it. You are free to unsubscribe or change your preferences at any time. Each newsletter has both a change preferences and unsubscribe button at the bottom. We normally send twice termly emails on course sign up information but may also occasionally send information on special events, online lessons, workshops and exhibitions. If you sign up for a class/course you will also receive class resources and relevant correspondence. We may very occasionally include promotional information about third parties, which we think you may find interesting in our regular newsletter.

PayPal
We use PayPal to process secure online payments. Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored through PayPal servers. By using the Service, you consent to PayPal’s collection, disclosure, storage, and use of your Personal Information in accordance with PayPal privacy policy available at: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full

Shipping purchases
Your address information, and sometimes your email or phone number, are shared with the company we use to ship your items. Just enough info to help them get it to your chosen delivery address and to contact you if that is needed. Again, it is stored securely.

Controlling your personal information
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your e-mail address with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. If you would like information held to be deleted at any point then please ask. We'll be happy to remove it securely.


We do share your Personal Information with selected third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described in the section above.

You will only be added to our mailing lists if you have registered to receive our newsletters / email updates, or you have made a purchase from the website. Refund Policies


Art classes run directly by B.Y. Milam

Please contact me using the site contact form if you have any problems with your order.

(This policy does not apply to art classes run through other providers, or e-commerce sites please contact the provider you booked with to enquire on their policies.)

Refunds or exchanges are available in the case of class cancellations.

You can also request a refund or exchange up to 3 days in advance of an event.

Please note: Anyone who is inappropriate or harassing in any way will be removed from a class, workshop or course without reimbursement.

Returns & Exchanges Policy for Artworks, handmade/craft items, cards and prints, commissions, prints digital downloads sold directly.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for some items bought directly. If you have bought an item through an e-commerce site (such as Redbubble) you will need to refer to the relevant policies connected to that site (see below).

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Commissions, Custom or Personalised orders including Print on Demand orders.
• Digital downloads

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If an item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me ASAP with a photo of the item so that a refund can be arranged.

Redbubble is a Print on Demand service which is licenced to sell some of my designs on bespoke items. Please refer to their terms and refunds policies.

Sellfy Returns Policy

No Refunds or exchanges can be offered on Digital downloads or Print on Demand items.

What if an order is lost in the mail?
If your order has not been delivered or if an order has been confirmed to be lost by the mail carrier, please contact us as soon as possible. Sellfy will happily send a replacement order, free of charge. But, we do require that these missing packages be reported within 4 weeks of the date it was shipped.

What if the product arrives damaged?
If any print-on-demand merchandise arrives damaged or has a serious quality issue, we can help. Contact us with; The order ID number, your name, email address and an image of the damaged or poor quality item. We'd be happy to issue a refund or replace the product at no cost to you.

Ticketsource Refunds Policy

Refunds or exchanges are available in the case of class cancellations.

You can also request a refund up to 3 days in advance of an event. The Ticketsource booking fee is not refundable.
